All orders are processed the same day or the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. 

Free Shipping Across Canada

We offer free shipping across Canada with no minimum purchase required. Free shipping is by Canada Post standard mail and offers NO tracking. Canada Post delivery schedules are out of our control and as of 2020, delays can often be expected.

Tracked and Expedited Shipping

For your convenience, we also offer calculated, tracked shipping rates with the most popular carriers (UPS, Fedex and Canpar). Various carriers are offered to provide you with the best shipping option for your location, whether you are urban or rural. Calculated shipping rates will be displayed at check out. If you choose one of these options, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please be aware that only Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have chosen an expedited carrier at check out such as UPS, Fedex or Canpar, they will NOT be able to deliver to a P.O. Box. Please choose Canada Post Expedited at check out when shipping a tracked package to a P.O. Box.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the UK and the USA only.

You will receive free shipping on all orders above $57 CAD to the UK and USA at check out.

You will have the option of shopping in Canadian Dollars or your local currency.

Should you wish to expedite your order, you will be offered various calculated carrier rates and expected shipping times at check out. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tynk Outdoor Dogswear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We always strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, we understand that occasionally you may need to make a return or an exchange. We accept returns, exchanges or replacements up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, if it is unused and in its original condition. If product is returned showing use or wear (containing dog fur/hair, wrinkled, or dirty in any way), only partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. All exchanged items will be provided with free return shipping. Shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to offer store credit, full, and partial refunds depending on the situation. Please contact us at info@todogswear.ca to initiate any exchanges or returns. We will respond to your email and request the same day.
